Error installing microsoft visual c++ 2019 redistributable

If you're curious, and the second picture below will show you. There are no Microsoft versions installed after 2013 The second picture shows the one for the 2019 version. The picture below shows the error message for the 2017 version. ? I would really appreciate it any help to resolve this issue. I need to install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 Redistributable (圆4), however, it keeps giving me an error code even though I uninstalled the 2015 version, and I do not have the 2017 nor the 2019 version installed either.
